Who can attend Desert View Middle School?

Do the academic programs at Desert View Middle School meet state standards?

Yes. The curriculum at Desert View Middle School conforms to the same stringent standards as every other public, private or charter school in the State of Arizona.

Are DVMS teachers highly qualified?

Educators at DVMS are dedicated, caring, and well prepared to provide a quality education for all students. DVMS equips our educators with ongoing professional development aligned with Arizona State Standards and student needs. Information regarding the education and experience of the teacher(s) and learning coach(es) working with your student may be viewed upon request. At Desert View Middle School, we meet each student at their current level and then build competency and confidence through hard work and encouragement. The school challenges students to achieve by giving them the freedom to exceed expectations. Desert View kids gain confidence as they take control of their own education. Desert View Middle School students are provided with an opportunity to earn high school credits through online high school courses.
